Ciara’s blood curling screams woke her from her terror filled dreams. She shot up from the bed, cradling her throat.
“Its ok...you are ok baby. Sshhh...I’m here.”
Ciara’s pliant body coiled like a spring as she realised in whose arms she was.
“No! Don’t touch me!” She shoved at his chest, gasping as she stared into the blue shining orbs in the dark. She scuttled away from him.
Jon blinked, realising what he had just done, he turned his face. He looked back and the glare was gone.
“I’m sorry honey.”
He flicked the lamp switch.
“Are you ok?”
“I had some nightmares. I’m ok.”
Please don’t touch me.
“I won’t touch you.” He groaned.
She frowned.
”Yeah, that’s something else you didn’t know, I read minds. There’s much you don’t know about me.”
“I know you are a liar, a cheat, a killer. Frankly, that’s more than enough for me.”
His hand brushed through his hair.
“Fair enough.”
He turned on his heel. He had to get away from her right that minute before...
“I hate you.”
His steps silenced. He didn’t turn around and she was so glad he didn’t.
“No, you don’t. Go to sleep.”
“Or else you’ll make me?”
“Ciara, don’t say things you will regret later.”
“There’s nothing to say that I will regret. You are a vile, despicable....”
“Why don’t you say it? You are thinking it.” He snapped.
“...vampire.” It rushed from her lips hastily.
“There. See? Was it so difficult?” He disappeared from the room. A cold breeze chased her underneath the covers.
~~
Ciaira woke with the soothing rays of the morning sun filtering in from the window. She stretched slowly and winced as her body bemoaned its injured state, bringing the evening’s previous incident immediately to mind.
Her eyes shot open, she sighed, sagging back into the covers. She was alone. Staring at the ceiling she tried to make sense of it all. How was it possible that she never realised who or what he was? He had haunted her dreams and unbeknownst to her he was her employer, staring her in the face everyday, enjoying every damn moment, savouring her terror, her confusion! Reading her damn thoughts!! What kind of a man was he?
“Vampire remember? Evil beast, demon, devils’s spawn...”
Her gasp whipped in the air.
He was walking closer to the bed. Ciara didn’t want to feel like a caged animal and she shot from the bed, almost tripping over the trail of her remaining clothes of the previous night.
He didn’t let up and Ciara swallowed as hysteria build.
“You shouldn’t be out of bed. You have a concussion.” She locked her arms in defence across her chest, backing up slowly.
Her pain pounded through him and he reached for her backing her successfully into a corner.
“You need to trust me Ciara. I’m not here to hurt you. I wanna help. C’mon honey.”
“NO! You don’t get to touch me...EVER!” She whipped her finger in the air, her hair tumbling wildly down her shoulders.
“Ciara...listen to me.”
“I’m done listening to you! Why are you doing this to me? First you accosted me in my own home, crashing my Halloween party. Then you send your friends to persuade me to tour with you. I thought I was losing my mind! All the nightmares...your unwanted nightly visitations, scaring me out of my damn mind. I’m not even sure what was real! Why cant you just leave me alone, what do you want from me?!”
Her screaming sent a painful jab through her skull and she felt herself sag onto the carpet.
“You’re only making things worse. Let me help you.”
“No!”
He swept her into his arms.
“Yes.”
She lay back on the mattress. His fingers brushed her temples, circling slowly, she felt warmth radiating from the tips of his fingers.
“Relax...this is gonna help you rest.”
“I don’t need your help.”
Her eyelids flickered, a calm feeling soaked into her dropping her on a fluffy cloud of...nothingness.
Jon’s fingers lingered on her face. The deep burrow between her eyes eased slowly, leaving in its place a sleeping angel.
He leaned closer, brushing his lips over hers, he took a deep breath. Her scent was overwhelming, her sweetness was drenched by the dark heady scent only he and the vampire of the previous night could smell. The vampire and probably any other vampire in the vicinity that is!
She had to stay with him if she was to stay safe. He would have to watch her 24/7 keeping her safe from other vampires, keeping her satisfied in his bed....
He snarled at the thought, shooting from the bed. His body tightened in awareness, yearning for the luscious curves slumbering in his bed.
He punched violently at the phone he snapped from his pocket.
“Rich get the guys together, we need to talk. “
The men filed in one after the other, their faces grave as they felt Jon’s mood cooling the air in the hotelroom.
“How is she bro’?”
“She hates my guts, her head is giving her hell but she’ll live.”
“You can’t blame her for hating you Jon, you haven’t been Mr honesty with her. This is all kinda of fucked up for her. Have you told her anything yet?” Tico wasn’t happy.
He shook his head.
“Not yet. She is too freaked out to listen to anything I had to say and besides she has a concussion, she needs to rest.”
“True.” Richie agreed.
“We have a bigger problem heading for us dead on. Her scent is getting stronger. You see what happens when another vampire picks up on it. She could have been...” Jon couldn’t utter the words.
He could feel his fury build just by the mere thought of it.
“So what’s the plan.”
“We need to keep her safe. She will just have to stay with me. I can watch her all night, I’m just not sure what we’re going to do when we are busy with a show...”
“You are discussing my life. Don’t you think I have some say in it?”
All heads whipped towards the girl clutching the doorframe.
“Ciara..”
“NO! You are all sick! What do you all get out of this? Are you vampires too?” Her thrill voice shot towards them.
“No Ciara. I’m the only vampire. You cant blame them, they were only protecting me.”
“And what about me? Did you see me as a comfortable meal for him? A little standby when he was too lazy to hunt for himself? What did I do to you? Why do I deserve this?”
Richie closed the space between them.
“Honey please its not what you think. We didn’t...”
A hard slap resounded in the air. His head jerked sideways.
“Oooook... I guess I deserved that.” He folded her into his arms nonetheless.
“Please honey calm down. We...I am so sorry for doing this. This was a selfish thing to do but there is more to all of this. “
Her heartbreaking sobs soaked his shirt, the men squirmed in their seats. Women and tears were terrible to deal with and if you were the cause of it...much worse!
Her tearstained face looked up at him.
“All this doesn’t matter. I’m going home and I’m going to forget that you all ever existed.”
I just want to shout out a BIG thank you to my very talented German friend, Judith! She made all the graphics in the fic! Thanx girl they are awesome!!!

Chapter 127
Richie open the door!
Richie ripped the door open, his eyes huge black pools in his face.
“Oh Jesus! Is she dead?”
Jon moved past him.
Ksenia cried out as she took in their condition. Jon’s white shirt was stained with blood. The smell stung every nose in the room. Ciara’s ripped dress predicted nothing good and Jon snarled as Richie’s eyes lingered for too long on Ciara exposed, bloody skin.
“We need to clean her up.” Ksenia rushed towards the bedroom.
“I’ll take it from here.”
“Let me...”
“I’ll take it from here.” His eyes flashed.
“Honey, let Jon clean her up.” Richie’s hand held her back.
“Is she hurt? Did he...?” Ksenia shook his hand off, following Jon into the bedroom.
“No he didn’t ...I should have killed the fucking bastard.” Ciara’s hair fell from her face and the gasps whipped through the air.
“Oh my God! Look at her face!” Richie’s fists bulged. She was bruised all over!
“She saw my face tonight. She knows what I am.” Jon’s admission came as a second shock. His hand brushed gently over the angry bruise. “It’s all too much for her. She couldn’t take much more.”
Ksenia’s hand squeezed his shoulder sympathetically.
“I’m sorry she had to find out this way but its all for the best. She needed to know. Her time was running out.”
“Yeah...but I was supposed to protect her. She didn’t need to go through this but it will never happen again. Never.” He brushed her collar bone splattered with dried blood.
“I need to clean her..” His haunting eyes tugged at their heartstrings. He seemed so vulnerable, tension pulled at his mouth, turning it into a tight line.
“We’ll go but if you need anything...”
“Yeah...yeah I know. Thanks.”
He waited to for the click of the door before he turned to rid her of what’s left of the dress.
Ciara floated back to consciousness as warmth enveloped her. A movement in her peripheral vision caught her attention and she flinched as she stared into the human face of the vampire she had feared for so long. A shriek escaped her lips, water sloshed over the rim of the bath and she groaned as she cradled her head in her hands
“Ssshh baby. Take it easy, you have a concussion.” Jon sighed as she cowered in the bath, closing his outstretched hand he retracted it. “You needed to get clean so...”
“I can do it..” She grabbed at the slippery soap bar.
“Are you sure? Do you want me to go?”
She nodded, not meeting his eyes.
Ciara cleaned herself, feeling as if she was playing in a horror movie as she saw the water darkened with her own blood and that of the vampire’s.
Steadying herself she stepped out of the bath, covering her wet hair, she twisted the towel around her body. Realising that she was in Jon’s hotelroom she faced another complication, no clothes.
She opened the door, listening carefully she didn’t know exactly what she was expecting. Jon pouncing on her, fangs displayed?
Her feet patted into the empty bedroom. Not sure what to do, she sat on the bed, fighting another wave of dizziness. Taking the towel from her hair, she gasped as her hand banged on the wound on the top of her head. Touching it tentatively, she winced.
“Ouch! Dammit!”
“You ok?”
Another cry slipped from her mouth.
He was standing with her suitcase in his hands.
“I thought you needed something to wear.”
She didn’t answer but her mistrust was clear in her eyes.
He threw the case on the bed, opening it, he dug through it, tossing her nighties towards her unceremoniously.
She took it from him, clutching it to her breasts.
“I’m not going to bite you, you know. Ok, I’ll go, you get dressed.”
Ciara snapped the nighties over her head, digging through her suitcase she found a fresh pair of panties and slipped it on just in time before Jon entered, a tray balanced on one hand.
“Get in bed.”
She scooted in between the sheets, her eyes huge, her face pale as death.
He sat next to her on the bed, holding a steamy cup of hot chocolate in his hands.
“Drink it, you need something warm in your veins.”
“I don’t want it.”
“Ciara, please. I know this is difficult to understand, but I need to explain myself. And I will do that, when you feel better. Drink it, here are two painkillers...”
She took it silently, tipping it on her tongue she took a few quick gulps, pulling her face as it suddenly tasted bitter. Did he forget to put sugar in?
His eyes shone on her.
He stood up and returned with disinfectant and cotton wool.
“Lets get your cuts cleaned. I don’t want you to get infected.” He dipped the cotton wool into the warm mixture, bringing it to her face, he patted gently. Ciara was too scared to breath but when her lungs started to burn she exhaled.
“Breathe...” His stormy eyes were glued to his task at hand.
Standing up, he brushed her hair aside, searching for the wound.
Her hiss set his teeth on edge.
“I’m sorry for doing this to you...I’m sorry...about every damn thing.”
His hand moved from her and he touched her bare shoulder, his eyes apologetic as his fingers brushed her naked skin above her breasts.
“Is it ok if I clean the wound here?”
She didn’t say a word, just nodded slightly, her heart a wild thud in his ears.
His eyes hardened as he stroked the angry scratches along her chest. Such beautiful skin marred so terribly!
Ciara leaned back, signalling that she had had enough of his touch.
“You need to rest now. We can talk tomorrow.” His hand brushed the bruise. Ciara pulled from his touch, sagging backwards, she pulled the sheets towards her chin.
“I’ll be right outside if you need me.” He didn’t stay long enough to see the mistrust in her eyes.
Richie ripped the door open, his eyes huge black pools in his face.

Chapter 126
Jon snapped to his feet.
“Something is wrong.”
“She went to the bathroom, she will be back.” Richie looked at his watch worryingly.
Jon’s eyes were smouldering indigo coals.
“I can feel it. She is in trouble.”
Ksenia paled, getting to her feet, she rushed towards the bathroom, coming out with Ciara’s handbag dangling in her hand. “Jon!”
“She is in danger.” Jon was gone before Richie could get a word in.
Ciara’s terror was like blood to a hound dog and he rushed to the back of the club, out the backdoor.
Staring into the darkness he was overwhelmed with the scent of Ciara’s blood filling the night air. The presence of another, very aroused vampire yanked the creature inside him to full awareness and he moved swiftly towards beast consuming Ciara’s blood with greedy gulps, his body pressed lustily against her own, her thighs forced apart to accommodate his bulk...
Ciara’s naked thighs ripped the violence right from Jon’s soul and his hands gripped the other vampire’s shoulder hauling him back from her.
A scream erupted from Ciara’s raw throat as the vampire was yanked from her but a flood of relief washed through her as she saw the dark figure of a man behind him, thankful for her rescuer. Ciara dropped in a heap on the ground, trying to cover her nakedness, she pulled at the silken tatters in vain.
Dread stole the breath from her chest as she realized her rescuer was another vampire. The two strangers circled each other and suddenly clashed, ripping at each other’s throat, only one set of fangs hit the mark. Two pairs of glittering eyes shone in the darkness. Ciara heard a rip and smelled the sickening scent of fresh blood. Someone groaned in pain. Another snarl snapped in the dark and Ciara cringed, trying to will herself to move away but her rubbery legs wouldn’t obey.
Her attacker yowled painfully, grabbing his gaping neck, he stumbled backwards. The fighting, snarling vampires moved into the dim light and Ciara stopped breathing. The dark haired vampire was bleeding, his shirt in tatters, blood spurted from his neck. Her eyes turned towards her rescuer. His blonde hair sparked in the electric light, his shirt was soaked with dark, red stains.
Ciara’s teeth chattered as shock settled in her veins, coiling into a tight ball, she prayed.
What would happen after the blonde vampire finished the dark haired vampire off? Will he come for her? Finish the job?
Ciara felt life returning to her legs again and she wobbled to her feet. Nausea rose in her throat as she realised she was sitting in a puddle of her own blood.
The blonde vampire drew another howl from his opponent and just as Ciara thought she might see him deal the vampire a death blow, the dark vampire moved swiftly, disappearing out of view.
Ciara watched as the blonde vampire stood with his back to her, his body heaving from the extreme exertion. He turned slowly and Ciara’s blood turned cold with fear.
Keeping herself upright, she leaned against the wall, taking one step after the other she moved away until he turned completely around. Ciara felt the world sway dangerously.
The blonde vampire was staring at her now. His eyes were still glittering wildly, his fangs protruded past his lips, his face covered in blood. He pushed his face into his arm, sweeping it upwards, ridding it off the blood.
The face lifting from the bloody material was like a nightmare Ciara wished she could wake up from. She was staring into the eyes of the vampire haunting her dreams but the face was that of the man setting her veins ablaze with passion.
“Ciara...” pain flashed across his face, holding his hands up in protest he tried to explain.“Ciara please...please hear me out.” Her scream speared his soul.
Her new found energy set her into a flat run and all he could do was following her swiftly. Catching up with her easily, he gripped her arms, bringing her to a dead stop. He twirled her around, crushing her to his blood soaked chest.
“I won’t hurt you please...please baby just listen.” One hand cradled her head, the other pushed her into his frame, keeping her there.
“NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Let me go. You bastard!” Her fingers tried to pry him from her.
“You are going no where. Close your eyes.”
Jon forced her to look at him, his face was familiar, yet frightening as hell.
“Close your eyes.” Her eyes lids fluttered close and she waited for his attack. The world spun and the next moment she heard the opening of a car door.
Jon bundled her inside and as soon as his hands set her free, she scuttled to the farthest corner of the limo, her body shaking uncontrollably. She felt faint as he slid into the seat, closing the door. The closing door took the remaining light with it and suddenly the limo was bathed in complete darkness.
His eyes shimmered like aqua coals in the darkness, freezing the blood in her veins.
“Ciara.” He moved closer.
“Oh God no! Don’t touch me! Nooooooooooo!” His hands touched her naked shoulder. Expecting him to claw at her, she gasped as he pulled the shredded silk together, covering her breasts.
“You looked so beautiful in this dress.” His growl had her cowering.
“What...who are you? Why?”
Jon sighed, gathering her fiercely, he pulled her tightly to him.
“God in heaven! You are ok.” He stroked her face, cursing viciously as his eyes rested on a purple bruise on her jaw. His hands searched lower, turning her head from side to side gently, he examined every inch, taking in every scrape, every bruise. Warm blood oozed from her hair and his head swept up, taking in her uneven pupils. His hands drifted lower, coming in to contact with the oozing stream of blood running in between her breasts.
Ciara stopped breathing, her trembling body and deafening gallop of her heart the only indication of her wellbeing.
“Ppppplease Jon...”
“Ssshhhhhhhhhh...I’m only going to help. Let me help ok?” His blonde head was migrating lower already, not waiting for her permission.
Jon licked at the gaping wounds, grimacing as the taste of the other vampire entered his mouth. Ciara was frozen to the spot, gripping the seat tightly she kept deathly still. Jon felt her body slack and he caught her as she sagged into a dead faint.
“Something is wrong.”

Chapter 125
Ciara felt a nervous lick in the pit of her stomach as she watched Jon. He suddenly seemed on edge and when he walked out with the rest of the men close on his heels she felt real concern.
“What’s going on?” Ciara leaned towards Ksenia.
“I’m not sure but don’t you worry about it. Whatever it is, the men will sort out.” Her smile didn’t reach her lips and Ciara squirmed in her seat.
Ciara was about to take another sip of wine when a shadow fell over her.
“Good evening, would you like to dance?” A handsome stranger, with raven’s wing hair and ink black eyes stood next to her, a handsome smile splayed across his lips.
Not sure if she should do it, she felt a sudden tug at her unconscious and her hand lifted, touching the stranger’s outstretched fingers.
“Tell Jon where I am ok?”
“Ciara, I don’t think this is a good idea.”
“I’ll be right back.” Why was she feeling warm all of a sudden?
He led her onto the dance floor, taking her firmly into his arms.
“Are you from here?” His voice was silky in her ear.
“No, I’m touring with a band. We are heading out in a few days time and you?”
“I’m from here.” The foreign accent of the man was quite sensual.
“Tell me what name goes with such a beautiful face.”
“Ciara.”
“Aaaaah Ciara...like nectar on the tongue.” Did he just pull her closer?
The dark stranger’s head dipped closer to her neck, sniffing appreciatively.
“HHmmm you have a heady sent.”
“Why thank you.” Why couldn’t she just turn and leave? This man was coming on so strongly, he might just get the wrong idea if she stayed!
His hands stroked her naked back sensually, and for the life of her she couldn’t find the strength to push him away. Her body was aflame, her thighs quivering.
“Mind if I step in?” Jon’s icy voice jerked her out of her trance.
“Of course.” The man nodded his head, handing her over to Jon’s steely touch. The men’s eyes met in a heated clash.
“I don’t like that man, he scares me. I shouldn’t have danced with him.” She buried her face in his shoulder.
“It’s alright baby. I just don’t trust any man touching you. Call it jealousy..”
She trembled in his arms, she felt warm to the touch and her heart was thudding wildly in his ears.
The darkness inside him threatened to douse all the light she had brought into his life since he had met her. A violent surge sparked thought him like electricity and he gritted his teeth, fighting for self-control he knew was hanging on a thread.
As they reached the table, Ciara could cut the tension with a knife. Richie watched her with wary eyes, Ksenia insisting they should go.
“Don’t be silly. Why don’t we order and enjoy our evening?”
They all agreed and soon the tension was easing from everyone, except Jon. He was constantly scanning the club with his dark, searching eyes and Ciara felt a shiver running down her spine.
His hand was on the back rest again but this time it was cupping her nape as if to hold her in her place. She turned towards him and felt her smile wavered.
His eyes had lost its brilliant blue and in its place, the inkiness she disliked so much. His mouth was a taut line and only when he realised she was looking at him did he smile at her.
“Are you ok?”
He leaned forward, his lips catching hers in a searing kiss.
“I’m perfect baby. Food okay?”
“Its wonderful but you haven’t touched yours.”
“In a little bit, I have all I want right here.” His fingers brushed her jaw line, sweeping along her throat.
The night was drawing to a close. Ciara tried as she might but she couldn’t rid herself of the niggly feeling that she was being watched.
She scraped her chair back.
“I need to go to the ladies quickly.”
“Then we can go home.” His eyes were smouldering, the heat between her thighs flared up.
Ciara wanted to ask Ksenia to join her but she was on the dance floor with Richie and besides she was just being silly anyway. What could go wrong with a quick trip to the bathroom?
Ciara pushed the door open, its squeak was deafening to her sensitive ears. She was alone in the bathroom. A few minutes later she was standing in front of the mirror, raking her hand through her hair, she opened her handbag, digging for her lipstick.
Staring into the mirror, she concentrated perfecting the new layer of red on her lips when the bathroom lights flickered on and off.
“Oh great!” She groaned pitifully.
“Ciara.”
Ciara froze.
“Who’s there?”
On....off...on....off.
A movement behind her choked a scream from her lips. Behind her was the dark haired man.
“You aren’t supposed to be in here.”
He smiled...
“Oh God! NO!” Ciara’s stomach dropped.
His arms clawed at her, yanking her into his chest.
“Ssshhhh...it alright. I wont hurt you. Just don’t scream again.”
His head dipped into her neck, licking slowly, his growl was thick in her ears. Fear paralyzed her on the spot and she gaped breathlessly, watching the dark head tasting her so intimately.
As if he felt her eyes on him he lifted his head. Ciara’s blood ran cold in her veins.
His handsome face was pure evil, his eyes shining like liquid amber. Her eyes dropped to the flashing smile on his lips, a fanged snarl flashed back in the mirror.
“You belong to a vampire his scent is all over you...”
A cruel hand snapped over her mouth, holding her captive against his tight chest.
“If you do as I say, you will live to see another sunrise. Do you understand me?”
She nodded.
His hands slipped from her waist. Knowing deep inside that she didn’t stand a chance, she nevertheless raced for the door.
She felt a hard bang and the world turned black.
Ciara fought for consciousness. She was in a back alley, a dim light in the distance confirmed that she wasn’t alone. She felt the harshness of the abrasive wall scrape into her naked back. The straps of her dress were hanging low on her arms, the dark head of the stranger was keeping the chillness of the night at bay as he lapped at the top of her breasts, his growls assaulting her ears, pouring lead into her stiff legs.
‘Please let me go. I beg you ...please.” His head snapped up, his eyes were cruel.
He pressed his nose against her neck, tracing a line down to her shoulder, he sniffed appreciatively. His hand skimmed her hip, cupping her buttocks he pushed her even closer into the cradle of his hips.
“Your smell is addictive.” His body slammed into her, his erection digging into her stomach. She whimpered pitifully, fear stampeded through her limbs.
“No! I don’t want this let me go.” She clawed at his face in hope that she would buy enough time to distract him enough to let her go. It only intensified his anger even more.
“You fucking bitch!” His fangs glistened in the moonlight just before he sliced into her breast. The last thing she heard was the rip of her dress...
Her screamed filled the night air.

Chapter 124
Ciara looked at her image in the mirror. She was content with what she saw, her heart pattered crazily and she placed a palm over the pulsing organ, hoping it would slow the crazy gallop down a bit.
Tonight was the first night that she and Jon would officially go out as a couple. The divorce had come through the previous week and she had decided to throw her heart at him, scared at where it might go but excited at the wild ride she was about to take. She had told herself that she had to be careful with him. He was a freshly divorced rock star after all and she knew that he could have any women he wanted with just a slight snap of his fingers.
Ciara brushed the red satin dress to her curves for the last time, turning around she grabbed her handbag. Taking a deep breath she walked out of the bedroom, knowing that he would be there, waiting.
He was standing with his back to her, leaning against the window, he was staring out into the darkness of the night. She wasn’t sure that he was aware of her presence until he suddenly murmured , “ You smell divine.”
He turned and Ciara stopped breathing. She had never seen him dressed up like that. A white shirt, unbuttoned to show a dark tanned, manly chest. A coal black pants with matching shoes. Lord have mercy, he gave masculinity a new meaning!
His eyes were fixed on her like a hungry beast. Skimming her curves with his eyes, she felt her nipples tighten in answer to the heat in his eyes. Her dress prevented her from wearing a bra tonight and now he had to give her a scorching look like that!
“Do I look ok?” She brushed the satin again.
He stepped closer and for a silly moment Ciara felt the need to flee. He seemed too much...too dangerous, almost ...feral?
“Are you thinking of running away?” his whisper glided towards her.
She didn’t move, her body was frozen to the spot, her mouth so dry, she couldn’t shallow even if she wanted to.
She stood before him, nervous as hell. Her curves complemented the red satin flowing down her body and her hair shone like dark, mahogany silk.
Jon felt a possessive snap inside him. Her scent was getting stronger by the day and tonight was the strongest he had ever smelled it. Her body was ripe and oh so ready for his touch he could have her right here and now. He forced his primeval yearning to the back of his mind and lifted her head instead, bringing her closer to his hungry mouth.
Ciara could feel his passion rippling beneath the surface, marvelling at the way his hand trembled as he cupped her nape, tangling his fingers in her heavy tresses.
“Are you ready? The gang is waiting.”
As answer she slipped her arm into his, her smile shaky.
The limo was waiting outside.
Ciara slipped into the huge, leather seated vehicle.
“Where are the rest of the guys?”
“I’m not sharing you with anyone tonight. Here we can have some privacy. We’ll meet them there.”
Ciara swung her eyes towards the dark partition between them and the driver.
“He can’t see us. We are completely alone.”
Not what I wanted to hear!
The drive was short but nerve wrecking. His closeness was disturbing, his eyes promising delights she knew he could provide in abundance.
When Jon offered her some red wine she declined.
“Take it, just a little sip. It will calm your nerves, I promise.”
She took the glass from him, one sip turning into two, three.
“Where did you get this wine? I’ve never tasted something like this before. You always seem to know what I like.”
His leaned closer, licking the droplet of wine from her lips.
“My secret.”
Her lips opened slightly, begging him to taste her properly.
Ciara didn’t even notice but she was the one leaning closer, his tongue plunged into her mouth and she whimpered. His taste was more intoxicating than any wine on earth.
He pulled away.
“We’re here.”
Ciara’s eyes sparkled like diamonds in the low light.
“Let’s go in then.”
“Ready to face the world by my side?”
“I...yes. I think I am.”
She folded her hand trustingly into his the moment they set foot outside the limo.
Ciara immediately liked the place the moment they walked in. The band was already waiting for them in a secluded corner and she smiled from ear to ear as she laid her eyes on the couples sitting at the table.
“You look wonderful!” Ksenia hugged her tightly, she was a vision in a tight black dress and her cheeks rosy, a far cry from the sick girl of weeks ago.
Richie’s wolf whistle stole a giggle from he lips and she slapped him playfully as he moved closer to hug her to his chest.
“Wooohheee my brother did we hit the jackpot with these ladies tonight or what?!”
Jon’s feathery touch steered her closer to the Tico and David. The men introduced her to their companions and she smiled as the women eyed Jon appreciatively.
Jon showed her to their seats and she settled in, feeling a sizzle as his fingers massaged the nape of her neck, squeezing lightly.
Wine was served instantly and she accepted, sipping slowly her gaze brushed over their party. Everyone seemed so relaxed tonight. The men was laughing and joking, the women keeping conversation with each other.
Ciara sneaked a looked towards Jon and felt a rush of warmth as she found his eyes lingering on her, drifting lower towards the mount of her breasts, he licked his lips slowly. His hand rested on her back rest, his fingers twirling lazy circles in her neck.
“Would you please excuse us? The lady wants to dance.” Richie smiled knowingly, sharing that look with Ksenia.
“I think I’ll treat my lady too.”
Ciara walked into his waiting arms.
His arms hugged her closer, one hand laced with her, the other pressing into he lower back, inching her as close as humanly possible.
“I could dance with you all night long, holding you like this.”
His whisper drifted into her ear, she didn’t answer, only pressing her nose into his neck. She heard him suck in his breath while his hand brushed the gentle swell of her buttocks.
Ciara was so mesmerised with his closeness, she didn’t realise his change in behaviour until he stiffened noticeably in her arms.
“Let’s go back.” Jon suddenly seemed tense, his eyes had taken on an icy stare, while his hand propelled her towards the table.
Tonight was the first night that she and Jon would officially go out as a couple. Chapter 123
Ciara wiped her brow for the umpteenth time. She was tired and so irritated with herself lately. She was sleeping badly and she had vivid, very erotic dreams to thank for it!
Her latest dream came to mind and her hand stilled, Jon’s shirt forgotten in her hands.
Jon had her captured beneath him, his hands were hot on her skin, his tongue plunging into hers, his body straining lustily. Yanking her upwards, he turned her back towards him, slamming her buttocks against his thighs, his shaft spearing into her flesh. Behaving like a wanton she had egged him on, pleading for him to take her...hard. He had obeyed, pounding into her wetness so intensely; he stole her breath from her. His strong rhythm had her screaming in rapture, her nails shredding the sheets as she tried to stay on the bed.
Her body shuddered into a violent climax with Jon joining her simultaneously. He leaned closer, gathering her against his chest when she whispered.
“Bite me Jon, taste my blood.” His growl popped goose bumps all over her skin and she waited in anticipation as he lowered his mouth to her neck. He crunched down and she cried as he sliced through her skin, his mouth sucking hungrily at her neck.
“Your turn now baby.” She watched as he sliced his skin just above his nipple, cradling her head he coaxed her closer. Her tongue darted out and licked at the blood but it wasn’t enough, her mouth glued to his skin and she swallowed, feeling his sweetness sliding down her throat.
His groan morphed into a deep growl and as she looked up, Jon’s face was hidden in shadows, gone was the passionate eyes an in its place shimmering orbs, glowing from the shadows... Ciara screamed.
That’s when she always woke up, hot, sweaty, her body throbbing.
“Daydreaming again?” His whisper fluttered at her ear.
“I’m ...no! Why?” Ciara looked away, brushing her forehead quickly, she scolded herself as she noticed her hand shaking. She felt uncomfortable and her panties was soaked. When was this going to stop?!
Jon swallowed at the saliva building up in his mouth. Her arousal set his veins on fire and her thoughts! Good God! Was Chimala right? Was she approaching her fertile period?
“You have a lovely blush on your cheeks and I know when we made love your cheeks blush up just like that.” His voice rumbled against her ear. “Do you need me to help you out?” His forefinger brushed her flaming cheek.
“I’m working Jon. Could you please stop saying things like that, I...”
“I’m getting you all hot and bothered don’t I?”
“Jon pleeeaseee!” Ciara wasn’t able to control her trembling anymore.
His mouth meshed hungrily with hers. A soft sigh fluttered across his lips, she turned, only to grab him at the shoulders, hanging on for dear life as her legs threatened to give way.
Jon’s hands stroked her back restlessly, inching lower he cupped her buttocks, squeezing firmly.
Her hands abandoned his shoulders, slipping underneath his shirt, she scraped along his chest, her palms heating fire paths across his skin.
The door suddenly slammed shut, the lock turning loudly. Ciara jumped, her eyes huge.
“The wind or something. Now we know nobody can walk in on us...perfect timing I say.”
“Jo...”
His fingers pressed against her lips.
“Ssshhhh...don’t talk, don’t think...just feel.”
Ciara closed her eyes, taking a deep shuddering breath, her hands slid upwards again.
“That’s it...touch me...oooohhhh...yeeaahhhh!” she was nibbling at his earlobe, her tongue dipped into the shell of his ear, swirling lazily.
Ciara felt her clothes slip from her piece by piece.
Jon backed her up, feeling her bump into the small table he suddenly lifted her, slamming her buttocks on the cold counter.
“Ssshhhhh...that cold.”
Ciara’s hands fumbled with his shirt, feeling it tumble to the floor, she slid towards his pants, unbuckling his belt hastily.
Jon’s golden head was close to her face, his mouth causing havoc to her senses as he licked and sucked at her breasts. His pants dropped to the floor, his shaft was fully erect, the silken steel pulsing hungrily against her stomach.
Jon’s fingers slid over her thighs, opening her wider, he settled between her thighs, his fingers brushing at her wetness. His fingers flicked and played, Ciara’s head dropped backwards, a cry slipping from her throat.
“Do you want more baby? I can give you more.” He brought her head up, forcing her to look at him as he lifted her, yanking her closer to the edge.
“I want more....”
He entered her with one hard stroke, her walls clamped together at the sheer invasion, welcoming him. Waiting for her to gather herself, Jon gripped her buttocks, his strokes hard and deep. Her breasts bounced with every thrust, an uncontrollable cry slipping from her lips with every sure stroke.
She pulled him closer, her breasts flattened against his chest. Her mouth hunted for his lips, finding it she suckled on his lower lip, her tongue delving into his mouth, mimicking exactly what he was doing to her.
Ciara felt her climax swirling like a hurricane inside her core, stripping her of all decorum, leaving in its place, a smouldering heap of decadence as she melted in his arms.
Jon felt her losing herself in his arms, her body tugged at him, keeping him captive. Her mouth was scorching every inch of his chest, neck and face. As her climax crashed into her she screamed, her teeth closing onto his bottom lip, she bit down.
Sweet, warm honey trickled down Ciara’s throat as she suckled at his lip. Jon had stiffened for a moment but relaxed against her as she tasted him, her hands exploring every delicious inch of his back and tight butt.
The aftershocks of their lovemaking simmered down to a low heat and Ciara shuddered as she pulled back.
“I..I bit you.” Her finger traced the swollen lower lip but she was taken by surprise as he suddenly opened his mouth and nipped at her finger, raking it in with his tongue, he sucked on it, keeping it there. He slowly opened his mouth, freeing her finger.
“I can take anything you throw my way Sweets. Dunno if I can say the same for you...”
“I guess I’ll have to take a chance and find out, don’t I?”
“That’s my girl.” He groaned as she nibbled on his jaw, her fingers tangling in his hair.
Her latest dream came to mind and her hand stilled, Jon’s shirt forgotten in her hands.
Jon had her captured beneath him, his hands were hot on her skin, his tongue plunging into hers, his body straining lustily.

Chapter 122
Ciara rushed from the wardrobe room heading for Jon’s dressing room. The last couple of days had been blissful. Jon had been a gentleman never trying to persuade her to go to bed with him, only the occasional heart stopping kiss here or there but nothing too intimate. Sometimes Ciara wanted to beg him to take her in his arms and make love to her but she knew that she had tasted the forbidden fruit and hell was the fruit sweet!
Her vampire seemed to have vanished into thin air too and low and behold her cravings were under control too. She could breathe easier without feeling she wanted Jon to cut himself so she could taste his blood again. Her thoughts send a shiver down her spine. What was happening to her?!At stressful times her cravings seemed to slam into her gut but just as soon as it hit it was gone. Jon was so tuned into her cravings and was always close by with a glass of red wine or her favourite hot chocolate.
Deep in thought and without thinking she swung open the door to Jon’s dressing room, only to gape at the scene before her. A slender woman with wild red hair was snuggled up to Jon. Her fingers scraping down his naked chest , hovering just above his the towel.
Their heads whipped towards her. Ciara stepped back as their eyes glowed her way.
“I’m ss..sorry. I didn’t mean to barge in like this!” Her hand was on the doorknob.
“Come in baby. You’re not interrupting anything.” With his words, he grabbed the girl on the arms, shoving her slightly from his body.
The strange woman sniffed in the air, her eyes set Ciara’s heart racing.
“It’s getting closer Jonny boy. You better get clean soon or you are going to have all hell break loose.”
She drifted towards Ciara, her eyes never leaving her face. She stopped as she neared her, a long, red nail, scraped along Ciara’s jaw.
Was the woman sniffing at her?!
“I can understand the attraction. She is quite a pretty little thing.” She walked out and the door shut behind her, leaving Jon and Ciara alone.
Ciara didn’t know where to look or what to say. Red scrapes mapped down his chest, stopping just above his towel. Was that her lipstick on his lips? Ciara looked away, keeping herself busy with his clothes.
“Is this what you wanted?”
She held up the jacket and pants.
“Its fine. Ciara, look at me.”
“I’ve gotta go Jon.” She was about to turn but he wont let her, his hand closed around her wrist.
“Its not what you think, baby.”
“Its none of my business. You are a grown man, Jon. Soon to be divorced and a rock star at that, I can understand that women throw themselves at you on a regular basis. Sowing your wild oats and all that. Please let me go.”
He tugged her sharply, she cried out, feeling herself bump against his naked chest.
“She is an old friend of mine. That’s it. I have to admit she is quite a handful at times...” His eyes twinkled.
“I know those kinds of friends. What do they call them? Friends with benefits, right? But I don’t have any friends that scrape me raw like she just did. Oh and Jon, you reek of her perfume and make sure you rub her lipstick off, its all over your mouth.” Her venom loosened his grip and he let her go.
“My, my, are we jealous?”
“Oh please Jon. You think way too much of yourself.”
Her hand closed around the doorknob but that was as far as she got.
His face was in her hair, his hips pressed into her buttocks, one hand keeping her tightly against him the other, keeping the door shut.
“Your jealousy bounces off of you in waves, Sweetness. You can’t fool me. Its in your eyes, your stiff back, the tight line of your mouth....hhmmmm...have I ever told you, how good you smell?”
“Jon....let me go.” Her voice trembled.
“What’s that baby? I didn’t hear you.” He twisted her around, capturing her in his arms so tightly, she had difficult breathing.
Ciara was staring at the deepest, stormiest blue eyes she had ever seen. Licking her lips nervously, she felt the pit of her stomach swirl as Jon groaned lustily against her lips, catching her tongue between his teeth. His mouth close over hers, devouring ever coherent thought she ever possessed. He shifted slightly from her, his tongue licked lazily at her lips while he grunted every word, “I’ve been burning for you baby. Lord knows I kept my distance but it was hell...If I didn’t have to be on stage in a few minutes. I would have made love to you until we both collapsed.” His hips rubbed hungrily against hers, bringing home just how aroused he was.
Her breath hitched in her throat, her pupils dilating as his words soaked into her brain. Her body was burning at his words, her mind showing her exactly what he wanted to do, two bodies entwined in heated passion.
“Go baby....go. I wont be held responsible for what I do if you stay any longer.”
The knob twisted and the door gave way, setting Ciara free.
Rushing down the passage to get some fresh air, she almost knocked over the red haired woman that started the whole situation.
“You look a bit flustered there, honey. Jon is quite the hot blooded male isn’t he?”
Ciara brushed a tendril out of her face.
“Can I help you with something?”
“You don’t like me very much do you?”
“I don’t know you, so I don’t have an opinion of you.”
The woman came closer, circling her like a tigress. Ciara’s heart tripped in her chest. There was something eerie about her.
“I always thought he would go for the wild girls. You on the other hand are totally opposite from what he is used to...”
“There is nothing between us. Jon is my employer and he is married.”
“Tsk, tsk ,tsk. Now darling, I can smell a lie a mile away. The attraction between you two is explosive to say the least. I...”
“Chimala!” Ksenia’s high pitched voice interrupted their conversation.
“Gotta go...see you around.” She turned and walked away, not waiting for Ksenia to catch up.
“What did she want?” Ksenia was fuming.
“I don’t know. I found her in Jon’s dressing room earlier and it almost seemed like she was waiting for me.”
“You have to be careful around that woman. Promise me you will never be alone with her. She is dangerous.”
“Ok, I promise but what can be so dangerous about her? Do you know her?”
“She is not as innocent as she looks and besides I think she has a thing for Jon. Just stay out of her way ok?”
“Ok, ok I promise.”
Ksenia relaxed and her frown was quickly replaced by her smile.
“Let’s go watch the show.”
Ciara didn’t miss the quick glance she shot towards the direction the red haired woman had disappeared to.
